Advantages of Automated Marking & Deburring
Applications & Capabilities
-
Marker Types
- Alphanumeric Marking: Create solid line or dot matrix markings.
- Character and Logo Marking: Mark any characters or logos with precision.
- QR Code and Data Matrix Code: Efficiently mark codes for easy data access.
-
Marking Areas
- Machined or Raw Surfaces: Suitable for both finished and unfinished surfaces.
- Flat or Uneven Areas: Ensures uniform marking depth regardless of surface irregularities.
- Versatile Material Compatibility: Works with practically any material, handling hardness up to approximately 62 HRC.
-
Operational Efficiency
- Finished Parts Directly from Machine: Parts are fully finished upon exiting the machine, eliminating the need for additional steps.
- Time and Cost Savings: Omission of separate work steps reduces cycle times, saves costs, and allows for more efficient employee allocation.
- Streamlined Operations: No need for additional handling or transport; deburring is integrated into the production program, ensuring reliable and error-free results.
-
Safety and Convenience
- Employee Safety: Reduced noise levels, less dirt, and lower risk of injury.
- No Additional Equipment Needed: Eliminates the need for a separate deburring machine or work station, saving space and reducing investment.
- Reliable Production: No manual intervention required, preventing errors and ensuring consistent deburring quality.
