Machine Vision Systems

The VisionLine system offers a reliable solution for manufacturing process monitoring. Designed to work with a range of machinery including lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines, as well as robot cells, VisionLine aims to simplify process monitoring.

The camera systems can be integrated into a network for more efficient production planning. Additional devices can be used to make the video stream network-accessible, providing another layer of operational data. Video recording capabilities are also included, useful for future analysis of any machine malfunctions or disruptions.

VIsionLine Benefits

The VisionLine Camera Systems provides increased process security, allowing operators to intervene immediately thanks to delay-free image transmission via HDMI, reducing reliance on auditory cues and other technical assistance systems. The camera feed can be integrated into a company's network and accessed from any location, making it ideal for educational centers, production control rooms, or large group product seminars. The camera systems are designed to be low-maintenance and cost-effective, with the special glass lens being the only wear part that can be quickly and inexpensively replaced. Installation is minimal and the systems can be easily retrofitted with additional accessories like a RecBox or IP-Encoder.

VisionLine RWC, a CNC machine camera used for production monitoring

VisionLine RWC 2.0

The VisionLine RWC 2.0 can be used for process monitoring in production areas with heavy spraying of cooling lubricants. A rotating special glass pane, which is located in front of the camera lens, is able to throw away all cooling liquids and chips due to the rotational movement.

  • Camera with rotating lens
  • Ball joint mount
  • Stainless steel protective hose 1m (only with external ball joint mount)
  • Mounting gasket (+replacement)
  • HDMI repeater coupling
  • Compressed air plug connection Ø6mm
  • M12 connector 5-pin A-coded
  • 3-stage fine filter unit
  • Dimensions: Ø3.46" x approx. 8.23" (incl. ball joint, with direct wall mounting)
  • Aluminum casing
  • Rotating special glass pane
  • Video sizes 1080P@60Hz; 1080P@50Hz
  • Angle of view 90° (optional 142°)
  • Total weight including protective hose: 7.05 lbs

VisionLine EAC, a CNC machine camera

VisionLine EAC 2.0

The VisionLine EAC 2.0 can be used for visual process monitoring of machining areas that are under the influence of low to medium splashing cooling lubricant emulsions. A special compressed air attachment creates a constant curtain of air in front of the camera lens, which repels cooling water and chips.

  • Camera with sealing air attachment
  • Ball joint mount
  • Stainless steel protective hose 1m (only with external ball joint mount)
  • Mounting gasket (+replacement)
  • HDMI repeater coupling
  • Compressed air plug connection Ø0.24"
  • M12 connector 5-pin A-coded
  • Dimensions: Ø2.24" x approx. 8.92" (incl. ball joint, with direct wall mounting)
  • Aluminum casing
  • Sealing air curtain
  • Video sizes 1080P@60Hz; 1080P@50Hz
  • Angle of view 90° (optional 142°)
  • Total weight including protective hose: 4.85 lbs
VisionLine EC, a CNC machine camera used for machining monitoring

VisionLine EC 2.0

The VisionLine EC 2.0 is the ideal solution for visual process monitoring in wet and dry rooms where no splashing cooling lubricants are used, such as in tool changing systems, robot cells, laser
systems and loading systems. The slim design makes it possible to use it even in cramped workspaces.

  • Camera with robust housing IP67
  • Ball joint mount
  • Stainless steel protective hose 3.28 ft (only with external ball joint mount)
  • Mounting gasket (+replacement)
  • HDMI repeater coupling
  • M12 connector 5-pin A-coded
  • Dimensions: Ø2.05" x approx. 8.88" (incl. ball joint, with direct wall mounting)
  • Aluminum casing
  • Video sizes 1080P@60Hz; 1080P@50Hz
  • Angle of view 90° (optional 142°)
  • Total weight including protective hose: 4.19 lbs
